I use a range of therapies including Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, Psychotherapy, Parts Therapy (including Archetypal Parts Imagery), Educational Kinesiology, Counselling, NLP and EFT. Each client is an individual and your therapy is therefore tailored to meet your own individual needs.
I offer a free initial consultation which allows me to make an assessment of how I can help you and how many sessions it’s likely to take. It also gives you a chance to decide whether you want to go ahead with therapy before making any financial commitment.
