The Life Design Studio has been established since the year 2000. We work with individuals and companies and run the Stop Smoking Centre at The Bridgend Private Clinic, Princess of Wales Hospital as well as treating smokers at their place of work.
The Director of the Life Design Studio is a master and trainer of NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a senior clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist as well as a senior life coach.
Our aim is to continually develop both the understanding and skills which will enable clients to move forwards in their lives and begin their healing process.
We can also offer our clients assistance with their general wellbeing because we work closely with other highly qualified practitioners in the fields of nutrition, health and fitness
