I use a fusion of CBT, person centred counselling and hypnotherapy. I have also completed one year Social work at Reading University and trained in Solution Focussed Therapy
Each client receives a free CD.The service is tailored to suit each individual. Handouts are given to all clients to help them answer general questions. Free E mail coaching is given where appropriate.
