As an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based within central practice locations. I use SFBT (Solution Focussed Brief Therapy) and Hypnosis, drawing on skills incorportaing CBT, Mindfulness, Life Coaching and NLP principles with my clients in as few a sessions as possible to help them find solutions and enable them to be the best that they can possibly be.
