I have been in practice as an Advanced Hypnotherapist since 2005, having qualified at the Atkinson Ball College of Advanced Hypnotherapy and HypnoHealing in 2004.
My work is about empowering you, the client, to make the changes you desire using simple but powerful hypnotherapeutic techniques in a calm, caring and confidential environment.
I prefer a practical and straightforward approach which involves the client in the process. No work is ever undertaken without ensuring that the client is fully informed first.
I provide help for a wide range of problems, anxiety and panic attacks, fears and phobias, slimming, sleep, confidence and self esteem, depressive symptoms, IBS, motivation, self understanding, exam stress and skill improvement.
I also specialise in self hypnosis, offering regular courses and workshops teaching the art of deep relaxation through hypnosis, facilitating positive thinking, access to the resources of the subconscious mind, hypnohealing, improved sleep, reduction in negative thinking, exercise of the imagination and improved self esteem and confidence.
