I have been working in this field for over 30 years helping people cope with a variety of difficulties, and have been working as a Stress Counsellor in the NHS for 15 years, alongside a very successful private practice. I think of myself primarily as a counsellor who uses hypnotherapy to assist my clients to make lasting positive changes in their lives.
