I have always found that people turn to me for support or advice and find me non-judgemental and easy to talk to. Hypnotherapy has also helped me quit a pretty heavy smoking habit and develop as a person.

I am fully qualified in hypnotherapy with psychotherapy and adv.hypno-analysis. I am also a fully qualified Symbiodynamics™ practitioner.
