I practise Advanced Hypnotherapy and train in Personal and Emotional Development. I have practised hypnotherapy in Harley Street, in Surrey, and for some time in Wales where I broadcast my own radio programme, Mind to Mind, on a weekly basis .
I am now living in Hampshire where I offer therapy and occasional courses and workshops when my schedule permits. I specialise in helping women to overcome problems of psychological and emotional origin, to achieve emotional balance and emotional maturity, to deal with and move beyond difficult situations, and to overcome obstacles to fulfilling their potential, whether that be lack of confidence, low self-esteem, unnecessary fears, phobias, behaviour patterns, habits, etc.
This is my “Women in Transition” therapy, emphasising that whatever situation you are in, however difficult it may be at the time, however difficult it may seem, this is a stage you can move beyond – you are in transition.
I give the same degree of attention to my male clients, helping them to address issues that are having a negative impact on their life and wellbeing.
I limit the number of clients I accept and all my potential clients have the benefit of a free consultation in advance of therapy. This enables both of us to determine whether we can work together successfully. I work over a short period of time in order to focus your power of intention on the process of change.
