I’ve already worked with many different people with a variety of issues. I have helped to find positive changes in people, helping them change their outlook in order to achieve their goals. I specialise in helping people overcome emotional difficulties (anxiety, low self-esteem, confidence issues and habits), and helping people to increase their motivation.

I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Dip Hyp CS) accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and I’m also I professional member of the Hypnotherapy society. I’m currently studying a two year Integrated Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Ad.Dip.PC to further my knowledge and gain the skills need for additional therapies. It is fully accredited by the Counselling Society.(MCS Acc). I also have degree BA (Hons) in design and art direction and have experience of working with special needs using art therapy.

At New Leaf a combination of Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching is used to focus on solutions and to gain quick results. All client are unique and therapies are adapted to the specific needs of the individual. Each session is recorded onto a CD. Clients can use this recording between sessions to enhance the treatment and then at any time they feel the need to in the future.
