My approach is tailored to you the individual, so I may see three people in a week that all have confidence issues for example, but I may use different techniques on each client.

Not all hypnotherapists work this way some just use a confidence or stop smoking script for anyone with that label that comes through their door.

I work with the you to discover the patterns of behavior and establish if there is a significant event in the past that may be affecting you. Then i pinpoint the hypnotic suggestion to help you to make changes in the quickest possible time that are going to last.
