I use a combination of hypnosis, NLP and other techniques [such as Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Discursive Empowerment].

I am also a Hypnoband Licensed Practitioner; the hypnoband is proving to be a very effective way of loosing weight for clients with high BMIs.
