Hannah Baldwin, a psychologist and qualified clinical hypnotherapist, is based in Brackley, South Northants. Hannah specialises in weight management, addictions, depression and anxiety. Motivation, confidence building and personal performance are also areas of expertise. Hannah will design an individual programme of sessions according to your specific needs. From the very first session you will begin changing the way you think and feel about the problem. Hannah has also undertaken studies at the University of Reading in ‘Evidenced Based Psychological Treatments’ and where appropriate the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy will be in cooperated into a range of treatment programmes. Hannah is also a qualified & practising teacher of Psychology, Health & Social Care and is dedicated to helping others realise their own potential, to overcome any number of difficulties in their life.
