Additional Info
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern, solution-focused approach that reflects your individuality and harnesses your innate abilities and resources.
It is different from many hypnotherapy practices as it draws knowledge and techniques from a very broad range of fields, including: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Human Givens, Gestault Therapy, Positive Psychology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), with concepts from Neuroscience and Evolutionary Biology.
This means I have the flexibility to use whatever approach suits the person who walks through the door. We are all unique and experience the world in our unique way. I could see four clients with the same ‘problem’ and do something quite different with each one, to suit their ‘model of the world’.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses natural trance states (which we enter spontaneously during the course of a day) to work with the unconscious mind. Although it is a relaxed and conversational approach, it is an immensely powerful catalyst for change whether the nature of the problem is physical, mental, emotional or otherwise.
When coaching clients, I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help them find the clarity of mind needed in order to achieve the results they want. If you think your mind is holding you back from being the best you can be, whether your interest is in creative or sports performance, business coaching, relationship coaching or life coaching, I can probably help.
I love working with all my clients, it is so rewarding to help people create profoundly positive changes in their lives and to bring them greater awareness of how the mind-body works so they can be more empowered to continue creating the changes they want in future. I work with adults and children, individuals and couples.

I was trained by the highly respected founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Trevor Silvester, at the Quest Institute in London in 2010. Since then I have been constantly studying and learning in relevant fields, furthering my own professional and personal development. I am in continuous supervision, am fully insured and am registered with The Complimentary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is recognised by the NHS, The National Hypnotherapy Association (NCH) and the Quest Institute.

It is important to find the right person to help you to be free of whatever it is that is holding you back, so please get in touch and we can arrange a free consultation to see if I am the right person to help you.
